Colour chips and fabric samples are to be used as an approximate guide only; colours may vary from dye lot to dye lot.

Our Account Managers are available to answer any queries regarding REED Furniture products; however, you are solely responsible for your final decision including the model, colour and dimensions.
Please choose carefully as we do not usually refund or exchange if you change your mind.
WARRANTY
Each piece of furniture manufactured by REED Furniture comes with a 10 year manufacturing warranty. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear, misuse or malicious destruction
TITLE
until full payment is made all furniture will remain the property of REED Furniture. In the event of any default by the purchaser, REED Furniture
(without prejudice to any other rights) shall be entitled to repossess the goods
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The purchaser acknowledges that all intellectual property including designs, methods of manufacture, photographs, specifications, artwork, text and registered designs remain the property of REED Furniture. The purchaser will not knowingly allow any intellectual property belonging to REED Furniture to be reverse engineered or copied. REED Furniture may be entitled to compensation for any loss of royalties, damages and/or costs arising from the pirating of REED Furniture intellectual property.
